Weightloss Challenge Week 3

Crap! Gained 500g... now I knew I was pretty slack last week, but didn't think I was THAT bad...bugger....oh well better get cracking

  1. Set backs are always rough!! Don't be discouraged...sometimes a little gaining comes right before losing....the true testament is the way your clothes fit you, so go by that too!! :D
