My Creative Space (and Blogtoberfest Day 7 or is it day 8...I'm lost)

We have visitors this week (more on that later) so I'm sewing on the dining table. Its acutally not a bad space, but has it's drawbacks.

1. The additional company/"help
2. Having to lug it all out and put it all back again!

Theres a little bit of this, and a little bit of that in my creative space this week...a few dresses, and a lot of hungry caterpillar fabric!

a few pillow cases for a friend (and yesI know he's not in the centre, I have no idea what I was thinking when I was placing him!)

and a skirt made from an old dress...to be auctioned for Breast Cancer Reserach...more details on the auctions another day. But stay tuned there will be heaps of fabulous products up for auction with all money going to Breast Cancer Research!

  1. Looking very busy at yours this week! Good luck with the visitors and the relocation of crafting station... hope the upheavals aren't too stretching ;) No strain showing so far! Your works look fabulous :) K

  3. To be honest, it looks like a fine pillowslip to me - I'm not much of a 'centred' girl, everything even both sides. That's why I have three kids!

  4. I often set designs to the side on pillowcases, maybe it has something to do with not competing with "head" space!! :) I think it is really cute!
